Gift Cards

  1. The e-gift card is for the value shown only and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

  2. Your card can be redeemed at our new Walthamstow location or our stall at KERB street food markets when we resume normal operations. Please follow us on social media or sign up to our mailing list to find out when this will be.

  3. Once purchased, you will receive an email within 2 days with a unique code.

  4. This e-gift card is non-refundable.

  5. A small percentage of this purchase will be taken as a fee by our online payments processor.


Loyalty Card

  1. You can earn rewards and discounts with the Shellybelly's Loyalty Card by collecting a stamp with each transaction over £10.

  2. One stamp per transaction.

  3. The card has no cash value and is not transferrable or redeemable for cash.

  4. The Shellybelly's Loyalty Card remains the property of Shellybelly's Ltd. Once your card is full, please return it for another one.

Discounts & Promotions

  1. The 5% Pre-order Promo can only be redeemed between 9:31pm on Sunday and Friday at 2pm.

  2. We reserve the right to amend, suspend or discontinue any discount or promotion at any time without prior notice.


  1. Please note that all orders placed online are subject to a 90-minute delivery window. This includes pre-orders. We will always endeavour to get your meal to you as fast as humanly possible.

  2. Pre-order booking times are approximate and are subject to a 45-minute window either side of your chosen time. This includes bespoke/booked catering services. We may deliver at any time within this window to regulate our delivery service and will always try to contact you if this is the case.

  3. Orders above £60 are subject to an additional 30-mins delivery time on top of our standard 90-minute window. This is due to an increase in orders above £50. Feel free to message us to find out how fast we can deliver to you.

  4. If an item you have ordered is out of stock, we may substitute it for a product of equal or greater value. We want you to be entirely happy with your order. If you aren't, drop us a line and we'll make it right.

  5. Once we have received your order, it is considered final. If you've forgotten something or you'd like to make changes to your order, feel free to get in touch asap, we will do our best to accommodate you at our discretion.

  6. In order to provide our customers with the best quality service, we cannot take orders over the phone. However, if you'd like to speak to us about allergen information or anything related to your meal, feel free to give us a call!

  7. If you are unable to accept delivery of your order, please let us know as soon as possible. In the event we cannot deliver, we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that if we are unable to deliver due to incorrect/incomplete delivery information you have provided, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

  8. We reserve the right to refuse service. If you'd like to make a complaint, please contact us at hello@shellybellys.com. We will only consider claims made within 24 hours of you receiving your order.


Special Dietary Requirements


Please let us know about any special dietary requirements and we will do our best to accommodate. We can provide detailed allergen and ingredient information for all dishes but unfortunately cannot guarantee their suitability.

Serving times

Unless otherwise arranged, serving times will be for a maximum of 5 hours. Should you need us longer, we'll be happy to stay on for an additional £75 per hour, subject to our terms and conditions.

Siting/Electricity/Inclement weather

In the case of bad weather, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel service to ensure the safe provision of food but will do whatever we can to ensure service is uninterrupted. We will also need access to no more than 6kw of electricity and to be sited outdoors in a well-ventilated space with level ground and a minimum area of 5m x 3m.


Shellybelly's is a street food company and will operate as such unless otherwise arranged beforehand in writing. By using our services, you agree to indemnify Shellybelly's Ltd against all damage to property arising from our provision of services to you to the extent allowed by law. We will always exercise reasonable care and discretion when conducting business on your property.


If you wish to receive any excess food, please provide containers. Otherwise, all leftover food will be given to the homeless.


Please kindly settle payments in full immediately or as described on your invoice. As a general rule, for weddings or similar events, we require a deposit of 50% eight weeks before the booked date (i.e.: 01/01/2021) to secure the booking and the remaining 50% four weeks thereafter (i.e.: 22/02/2021).
